Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


We always try to bring the best quality products to customers. However, there are many factors that might negatively affect the quality of the products, especially delivery, resulting in damaged products.

We strongly advise our customers to check the item(s) purchased at the time of delivery and contact us within 3 days, by sending a message on Contact Us page, if the items are damaged upon delivery.

If the wrong item is delivered or there is a manufacturer's defect, please also reach out to us. 

We will address it with immediate priority.

Do note that these items are not eligible for returns:
1. Frozen food, beds and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons
2. Items that are purchased from a promotional bundle (Sale Items)
3. Items purchased with discount codes

Should we require you to return the item(s), please note that:

  • Item returned should be in its original & sealed packaging (unused). Broken seals will not be accepted
  • We will need you fill up a returns form so that we can track your return and refund you the correct amount promptly.

After receiving your item, we will review the condition of the item, and reach out to you to confirm receipt. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

NOTE: No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
